Is someone hacking me?

I think someone has been hacking my iPod. I found this out because one time all my contacts have been deleted, another time, my notes have been deleted, then siri had turned on. I have seen these youtube comments about a website allowing to go on someones ipod? Well something like that... It's really frustrating
