My instagram won't like, comment, or follow

I have not to fully use my instagram in almost 2 weeks. the only thinf that I can do is upload a picture. My caption/ comment doesn't show up, nor can I like, comment, or follow. It has to be an iphone problem because I was able to get it functioning correctly via computer. I have deleted the app, redownloaded it, signed out, then back in. I have reset my phone, and reset all of my settings and it still has not worked, I have also updated it to the latest instagram, Can somebody helo me?
