Why isn't iTunes Match working at all in Denmark?

I have follwed the help guidelines from iTunes here in Denmark. Go to Store>iTunes Match, and here it goes wrong. I cannot select iTunes Match or see it from the Store menu in iTunes? I have the selection on my iPhone/iPad but not on my Mac?

Can anyone help?
