Inconsistent HDCP?

I bought the movie Oblivion in iTunes and can watch it on my Samsung TV via Apple TV with no problems. Then I bought the movie "The Bourne Legacy" and it cannot be shown because supposedly my hardware is not HDCP compatible. All my hardware is HDCP compatible and I can watch other iTunes recent movies without any problem. So what's the deal? Is "The Bourne Legacy" different to other movies in any HDCP sense?

I'd appreciate any advice.
