iTunes match enabled, only getting ads in Radio

Very frustrating... so I'm just trying to listen to Radio in iTunes. I've got iTunes Match, and it's enabled. But the channel is only playing ads, with long periods of silence between ads.

I'm running iTunes 11.1.3.9 for Windows 64bit.

iTunes 11-OTHER, Windows 8
