I recently bought a friend of a friends replacement IPhone 4s she received as an AppleCare replacement phone. She sold the phone to me as she decided to buy a new 5c and not use the 4s she received. Is there any way to get Applecare on this phone or not? Just checking to make sure as when I enter the Serial number it does say it is a replacement phone. Never hurts to ask! 🙂

As the Apple care product varies by country
Some have Applecare+ and some only Applecare (it is one or the other never both )
Look at the Support>>>AppleCare on your country Apple site
and probably best to call AppleCare in your country to get a definitive answer
Re replacement phone carries the balance of the original phone's warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
If you're in a country where AppleCare+ is available, you will not be able to purchase it for the replacement phone.
Are replacement phones eligible for Applecare if never activated?
