After updating iOS7.3 Mail is broken

I cannot move emails to Junk or other folders on my iPhone 4S since the update. My emails broken and ive closed and reopened the account again numerous times. Comes up with an Error:cannoot move to folder.

ALSO how do you block senders domains?? LOTS of spam...

Help please!
