Video from 4:3 to 16:9 and vice versa

Good day,

I am making some video clips that are taken with old video Camcorder taken before 10 years. Video was taken in 720x576 pixels. There are few videos taken in 720x576 pixels but Anamorphic (1024x576 pix).

How can I do a montage of Video clips of 4:3 Anamorphic, that are shown as 4:3 Videoclips?

What I have to do?

Please, write me, step by step what have I do to solve the problem. I had brain stroke, so I must the solution of my problem put in the PDF format.
