Browser font smoothing issue on macbook pro

Hello, everyone!

I'm noticed that when i'm scrolling browser's page using touchpad (with two finger's scroll) on macbook pro, font smoothing is turning off. That happens only in browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome), not in other applications. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Take a closer look at the underline of the links. Lines become dotted.
