Exchange server locks me out with bad credentials
I'm the only Mac user that is connecting to my company's email through the Exchange server. All was well until I updated to Mavericks. Now I am locked out of the exchange server every 30 minutes or so with the error "Unknown user name or bad password."
This happens whether I use Outlook for Mac 2011 or Mac Mail. It also happens when trying to connect to servers.
When my account is unlocked, using the exact same user name and password results in a connection so I don't have the wrong credentials.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Here's what I've tried:
- Deleting all accounts in Outlook.
- Deleting all accounts in Mail.
- Deleting all certificates in keychain
- Deleting network preferences
- starting with a new user on my mac but same exchange user
- starting with new exchange user
I've googled and haven't found similar problems. Any suggestions?
