how do I delete Facebook account in setting on iOS7

I changed my email address on facebook, here's a problem. I can't set up facebook account with my new email, then I tried to delete account.

even, when I open the facebook app, asking me to set up in setting...

Deleting the facebook app didn't work on my iPad because that kept asking me to set up in setting.

how do you solve this??

or should I wait for fixing this by apple?

Yes, this worked for me! I had changed my email address on my FB account and this was causing the problem with the iPad. So, I added back the old email as a secondary email and I was able to successfully log in to the FB account in the iPad Settings, which had my old email address stored. Once I did that, I deleted the FB account and relogged in with the new email. Now everything works. Thanks for this suggestion!

I solved this tricky problem,

again,

the problem was

I wanted to use my facebook with my changed email id but when I opened the facebook app, that kept showing 'alert with setting and ok buttons' so I touched 'setting' then sending me "setting>general>privacy>facebook" because of that I couldn't login and couldn't use the fb app. so I tried "general > privacy > facebook > delete this facebok account"

but *** it didn't work.

I think it's a bug. apple has to fix it out.

anyway I did like this

setting > general > reset > reset location and privacy

after that I could use facebook normally.

Apparently, this is not an isolated issue. I have an old Facebook account that I deactivated. I have a new Facebook account that I created and installed on my ipad (which is also running the newest iOS). One of my apps requires me to connect through Facebook, but no matter what I do, my ipad keeps trying to find my old Facebook account. I have done all the suggestions...I logged in from my laptop and deleted Facebook fom my iTunes library, then synced it up to my ipad, then reinstalled the app with my new info; however, that did not solve my problem. The delete button under settings does nothing and none of my passwords work because the old Facebook account is deactivated. This really is a bad reflection on Apple...nothing is more frustrating than spending a ton of money on a piece of technology that has bugs that cannot be fixed....

This was the solution for me. I changed my Facebook email address well over a year ago. I found on my new iPad I obtained earlier this year that I could not install the Facebook app. Whenever I tried it shot me back to tell me to set up my ID in settings. In settings I could not do that as it thought my ID was still the old one and there was no option to delete or change. Even the Facebook app would not give me the option to sign in under a different ID. I assume the answer was that in my IOS data was the old email and when I restored from backup it kept restoring the old email address in the background with no evidence it had done. Resetting the location and privacy setting to the default cured it. However, the app itself ought not to shoot you off to settings but give you the option ofinputting your current email address and password.

Thanks for the solution. It has saved me hours of working ahead restoring the iPad manually bit by bit to avoid old defaults going in!
