My iPod keeps freezing every computer I plug it up to...

My iPod seems to keep freezing every computer I attach it to through USB. I've done a factory reset and the problem continues to happen when syncing with iTunes. I have the lastest version of iTunes and my iPod is up to date. I have a iPod Classic 6th Generation 80 gig. I'm not sure but from what I got from online that the disk may be dying out. Not sure of this but maybe you guys can help me.


I did a diagnostic test and here are the results:

Temp: Current: 28c

Temp: Min OC

Temp: Max 45c
