Macbook Pro Retina 15' Late 2013 or Early 2013?

Hey guys, I don't know whether I should get the latest version of macbook pro retina 15 inch or the earlier one. All I do with the laptop are using adobe indesign and illustrator for photo editing. I also noticed that the earlier version has got a Nvidea graphic card but the latest has not got one, just wondering whether the nvidea graphic card makes a huge difference. I am currently using a macbook air 13 mid 2011 in case you ask. Would you guys please gimme some useful advices? 🙂
