While both synching my nano and trying to copy my library I am getting error 69 and it won't copy or synch

I amtrying to consolidate my i-tunes library so I canmove it to new computer. It said it could not complete because of error 69. Later when I was synching my nano or trying to I got the same error message.

The 69 (in either context) suggests a damaged content file.

In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you worked through the following document?

iTunes displays a -69 error when syncing iPod
