Q: Customize ToolBar in Pages 5.0?

Is there a way to custimize the toolbar in Pages 5.0?  as there was in 4.3.

 

Pages Help does NOT help!  When I search for help to customize or change toolbar, I get a long list that has NOTHING to do with ToolBar.
