Voice Notifications delayed

Not really a major issue. Just wanted to mention it.

My voice notifications are delayed to 10 to 20 seconds after the event.

eg: I'll shut down TOAST 11 and I'll get a text message about saving the project, and I'll click on my response. Then about 1- to 20 seconds later I'll have "Vicki" give me a voice notification of the message. This is well after Toast has closed down.

Like I said, not urgent. Just weird.
