How to highlight in different colors the same text on the new Pages app?

Dear All

I've the new Pages intalled on my MBA. And I would like to highlight text, in one Pages document, in different colors. But when I choose to other color automatically it chages all previous highlights and put them all with the same color.

Hot oto chage this?
