I use one appleid for purchasing stuff from the Apple store (i.e. apps books etc) and so my itunes account is set to this id.
I have a separate apple id for icloud.
As a consequence my phone has the icloud id whilst itunes (and hence my books etc are bought using my Apple store id) has a different id.
Any ideas how I get ibooks to sync between my mac and iphone in this situation?

Thanks for the help Delgadoh, this does help, it basically tells me I can't download my books. I can't change my id on my iphone to match my itunes apple id since I I'll loose all the stuff I have in iCloud.
Not too happy with it really. I think its quite common to use two different ids. Oh well, perhaps things may change in the future.
