Unfortunately, that is the exact link my "Support Advisor - Cielo" sent to me - what's worse is he's a part time support agent [Thursday - Monday 08:00 - 17:00 EST] - not saying he's a bad agent, but I've now got a long wait for a response from him, considering I live in the UK.
But here is the transcript of my latest message to him:
Hello again - I went through some of the suggestions that your link suggested, here is a list of those I have tried with no effect on my logging in ability of my account:
1. I have updated iTunes to 11.1.3.8
2. I have ensured iTunes is permitted total access in my Norton Firewall
3. I have wiped the "Hosts" file from my drivers folder
4. I have ensured my computer has the correct date and time (got it to update with windows.com and nist.gov)
5. I have flushed my DNS settings with the Command Prompt
(all of which I did and restarted my computer but trying to log-in to my iTunes account and received: [see attachment iTunes 2 (12.11.13)]
so I thought I would try idea number 6:
6. I have ran the iTunes Diagnostic Tests and got the following:

Does any of this help you, to be able to help me?
So needless to say, so far all the above suggestions (at least those I can understand) have been non-effective in solving my problem.
Maybe with this information, someone of the community could help me in the meanwhile?
