Internet Tethering use storage on iphone ? > 1Go ??

Firstaval sorry for my bad english but google translate help me 😉

I did a full reset of my phone cause my "system services" which was not far from 1.4 GB (visible under Settings => Cellular Network => then at the bottom "System Services"

Once done, I end up with a phone with a "clean" system and system services with just 500 kb.

This morning I used internet tethering for 6 hours and .... 277 MB of system services with 275 MB of shared connection.

There's not a problem there? How is it that the iphone stores this kind of useless data ?

i'm under ios 7.0.3 with iphone 5S

The opinions on this? Returns?

Thank you in advance for your answers, clarifications.
