Is there any way to disable text wrap in Numbers 3

I would like to turn text wrap OFF by default. Is this possible in Numbers 3.0.

Hi Rich,

I don't see a default for a whole document.

But you can select a table and turn it off for the whole table so that it's off for all of the cells in that table by default.
