I can't download apps. It gets stuck on waiting and occasionally comes up with a white target icon instead of the app icon.

Every app I update or download gets stuck on installing. Occasionally it doesn’t come up with the app icon, instead it comes up with a white target like icon. This has been happening for around a week now and means I can’t download any apps.

But the odd things are:

It doesn’t work on my iPod Touch at my house.

Ir doesn’t work on my laptop at my house.

It doesn’t work for my Sisters iPhone at my house but it does on her data.

It doesn’t work for me or my sister at my Grandmas house.

(we are both using the same apple id)

But it is only apps that cant download. Music downloads fine but I haven’t tried an iBook or movie yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
