auto fill hangs on screen

perhaps someone can help me.

recent update was downloaded 10.8.5 and now aut fill does not work. the safari update is odd as well.

can i go back before the update somehow.?

i tired various things.. i made a new card in my contacts, checked the safari preferences. days now and can't figure it out..

any thoughts
