How to delete apps without the stolen device

iphone was stolen

i´ve already gone to icloud account and deleted contacts as well as shut down my phone connectivity with the operator.

Are tehe contacts still stored in the device?

Plus, now need to delete apps for security reasons.

changed passwords that were automaticaly saved in device but most dont require password and weren´t protected

Noticed that from icloud in find my iphone there´s an opcion to wipe out everything on the device but am afraid to do so mostly because it says that afterwards i will loose all information.

Is that so?

help! pls

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 7.0.2
