Macbook Pro Late 2013 Fan noise problems

I got the 2013 macbook pro retina the day it came out in the UK and everything is fine but recently there was a graphics card update now the fan runs incredibly loud when it is any full-screen video especially I have noticed Blip Video but not Youtube its really annoying when trying to watch at night. Any idead anyone?
