itunes keeps crashing since 11.1.3 update

ITunes crashes whenever I launch it, it keeps saying "Do you want the application “iTunes.app” to accept incoming network connections?" I click allow, then also go into my firewall and change the permissions there. next time I launch, get same message and the permissions have changed.
