Make iCloud e-mail address my Apple ID
We've recently changed ISP's and I want to make my iCloud e-mail address my primary Apple ID. However, the Apple ID website won't let me do this.
Thoughts/suggestions?

If you initially added your iCloud email address to an existing account with another email address and Apple ID, then you won't be able to make your icloud e-mail address your primary Apple ID.
