iPhoto slideshow will not play a playlist from iTunes. The iPhoto slideshow will only play music from the Themes source.

In iTunes go File -> Library -> Organise Library -> Reorganise Library.
Then quit and restart iPhoto.

This didn't help for me. Any other solutions? I can't even figure out how to ask Apple for help.
me neither. just purchased new MacBook Pro and setting it up.
photos all loaded and fine. music all loaded and fine. totally frustrated trying to link the two.
tried the suggested fix. reorganize is greyed out. says already organized.
have seen several others wit same problem.
is apple working on a fix? it used to be so simple.
