BCA restarted Macbook Air but did not initiate Windows installer. How do I continue the installation?

I have a Macbook Air mid 2013, about 2 weeks old. I ran BCA to the point that it restarted my Macbook Air but did not then initiate the Windows installer. How do I continue the installation? The instructions and tutorials I have found assume that the installer will start automatically after the reboot.

BCA also gives the option to uninstall windows from the BCA screen when I launched it. I would appreciate any help. Thanks 🙂
