Can I identify IMEI of my stolen iPhone 5 with serial number? I've not using iTunes, only iCloud, and only I have is my serial number DNPK423DDTTR.

If you got your iPhone from your wireless carrier, the better way to verify it's IMEI is by calling them or if you still have its box, you can also find it there. Furthermore, see this - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4061.
He's not using iTunes.

First, start your own thread instead of resurrecting a five month old one.
Second, you cannot track your iPhone via iMEI or Serial Number. Only if you had enabled Find My iPhone on your device before it was lost can you track it.
