how can i transfer downloaded tv programs and podcasts from one authorized computer to another authorized computer?

i have two different computers that I download podcasts and tv programs to. How can I transfer/sync these two computers so all show up on both computers?

iMac (20-inch Early 2008), Mac OS X (10.6.3)
