ios 7.0.3 greek passcode bug

So I just got my dads iphone 4 to replace my nokia lumia and my really damaged ipod touch (after it was restored to factory condition and all that) and then i restored it with my ipod's backup. it worked fine until i decided to use a passcode. i decided on a greek passcode (no one at school can hack it) and i used the same one which included a capital letter and an accent. and now i cant unlock the iphone. the accent is now put next to the epsillon (greek e) and its apparently incorrect. Yes i have tried resotring it again but its still not working. plz can i have a solution ASAP before tomoz (australian time) coz i need a phone for tomorrow and my lumia has been really glitchy lately
