Q: How can i solve sound in ios 7.0.3.

I using ios 7.0.3 in iphone 4.My problem is sound system.when call incoming its ringing but when sms come its vibrate.Also a problem that is when i use handfree music option run properly but when i plug out handfree speaker cant work.
