got this message: "Your Purchase was not Completed For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/."
i m trying to purchase final cut x, recently changed my password and we moved so i changed my address and credit card information everything is right but when i go to purchase the app it gives me this message. what could be going wrong?
