i have a macbook early 2009. i often charge my macbook overnight while i'm downloading, is it okay for the battery?

It's OK. Your battery will stop being charged when it's fully charged, so it won't damage your battery. Moreover, if you want, you can keep the MacBook plugged in all the time, and only unplugging it once a month to keep the battery life.

when i'm wathcing youtube or playing games, the fan always become noisy and the battery runs out faster, is it normal?
It's normal. Flash Player consumes a lot of CPU and makes the battery run out faster
