Why I don’t see my lost iPhone in

When I try to register it say the device is already registered but I don’t see it on the list.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

The only way your going to locate your device is if you sign iCloud service

Unless the "Find My iPhone" feature was enabled on the device prior to it being lost it is not possible to locate.

The only way to locate a missing iDevice is via icloud.com.
