No sound for last 10 minutes of purchased movie

We downloaded Pacific Rim to watch it last night. Other than it taking forever to download it worked great that is until the last 10 minutes of the film. That's when we had video but no sound. Tried exiting out and back in again but still no sound. We run the audio through a/v receiver. Incidentally, updated my ATV yesterday too. Any suggestions to fix this?
