Q: I don't seem to be getting iCloud emails from certain senders.

I've checked my Junk Folder and nothing there. I know the email has been sent but I think the spam filter on iCloud Mail must be filtering them out.  Can I do anything about it?

This is the second time this has happened in the last couple of weeks.  Is there someone I can email to see what my account is filtering out?

I use iCloud email on a MacBook and via iCloud.com and have never had this problem before until recently.

Thanks!

As a test, ask one of the senders whose emails didn't reach you to send you a simple email, like with the word "Hello" in subject in body.  That should not be filtered.  If you don't get their email, then it could be that their service has blocked you or any icloud domain.  Some users have reported such things in the past.

I tried this and it doesn't work.  The thing is, I have received email from both of these senders in the last 2 days but now can't/  It definately isn't their system blocking it as it shows as sent.
