    How are you playing the videos?  Offline or on?  If offline, which application & version are you using?  Online, which browser & version are you using?

     

    If you are getting any error messages what do they say?

     

    Please detail ALL you have done so far in the way of troubleshooting?   Need this info to avoid the been there done that scenarios.
