iTunes (store) doesn't work
Hi guys,
I have a problem:
three weeks ago, I downloaded iTunes on my notebook(sony vaio duo 11; windows 8.1; intel core i7; 4gb ram; ),
after the download I installed and opened iTunes.
Everything was Ok. But when I tryed to open iTunes Store the program said: "iTunes has stopped working".
I already tryed :
- I removed and reinstalled iTunes and all Apple components in the right order(Click here to see the order ), but no success.
- I already started the "program compatibility troubleshooter", but iTunes still doesn't work.
Please help me!!!!!!
