I had a present iphone from USA. Its A1428 and 4 gigit of serial number is FH1C. Its unlocked so when i put my irish simcard in it, it shows O2 but there is no bar at all. Its like barred or blacklisted. The phone is not black listed. Is that model not compatible here? Is there anyway that i can use it here? Or should i send it bacj to USA? Please help me about it. I have no idea what to.

Basicly it see the sim card but no network. Doesnt allow me to call. Is that because its from USA?
It's entirely possible it's because the phone was hacked to unlock it.
I am sorry, I am not very good with that kind of things.... So what should i do? Is it black listed? And if its, is it all over the world? What should i do now? Because as i said it shows the o2 but there is no network bar....
By the way o2 has no 4g LTE network. Is that effect?
Where, exactly, did you buy the phone?
It was a gift from a friend. He was in USA. I think he bought it second hand. The model is md294ll/a, and cellular data is working fine, but there is no network... Is it can be hardware problem?
