iphone 5s top part of screen visible leds. Am I paranoid?

Guys, i have a problem with my phone. There are visible darker spots on the top of the screen visible on a white or orange background, that are not visible on a friends iphone 5s. The problem is more evident when tilting the phone, also you can see it during the phone start up. This is a 3 days old phone bought from apple store. Also, the power button rattles. I spent 630 pounds on this and I am feeling disappointed. The thing is the problem with the screen is minor but it annoys me so much! No other problems with it though. On a pitch dark room no leaking is visible. Only when using white background. Do you think it's worth a replacement? I'd have to wait for a week to get to an apple store.
