CD/DVD burner

My iMac doesn't have a disk drive. How can I download info from Cds or DVDs?

You need to purchase the new USB CD-DVD Superdrive from Mac they are under $90.00 dollars US. You will find that these work much better than the cheaper 3rd party offerings.

You can buy/use pretty much any third party DVD burner/player - I've had one for years (mine is firewire) and it has worked flawlessly.

I also had the same problem...trying to send...😠...Reseting by holding ON/OFF and HOME at same time 10 secs until apple logo appears is also what worked for me...some kind of glitch if you are texting/adding photos tooooo fast for the poor iPhone 5c... THANKS 🙂
