Someone has sent me an iTunes gift via itunes three days ago and it has not arrived. He has forwarded the receipt but nor sure what to do now. No email has come to me with a redemption code and nothing has showed up on my itunes account. Any advice?
Are you both in the same Country...? Has the someone contacted iTunes support re the issue or tried to resend you the gift...?
No he is in Germany and I am in the UK. Doe sthis cause a problem? I have sent him instructions on how to re-send the gift, will contact apple support tomrrow.
Not sure how the EU works... but usually you need to be in the same Country.
Get the someone to check with iTunes Support.
