Recommend a stylus that attaches to ...

... My iPad 2 and Mini. I tried the type with a little plastic piece goes into the headphone jack input. No good. First time it detached, leaving the piece in the headphone jack input. Service had to remove. Second time I made sure cord was firmly attached. It broke off at the cord-meets-metal-loop. Fortunately I was able to grasp a piece with tweezers and remove.

Now I'm seeking an alternative to sticking things IN my iPads. A stylus with Velcro or an adhesive strip. I have a bag full of stylus' but misplace/lose them easily.

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3, Mini 6.1.3

Thanks. I have a case and know magnets were bad for my Windows desktop back on 1994 so I think they'd be bad around an iPad. Then again, lots of cases for iPads have magnets including both cases I have. Maybe Apple products have an anti-magnetic shield built in.

Velcro I have and thought of it as a last resort. Looks like it moved up the list.
