Q: Why can't I get a personal hotspot on my iPhone 5 with iOS 7

I can't seem to get the personal hotspot that I paid for already on my phone. We have tried absolutely everything and so has our carrier which is sprint. They contacted apple and there is still no fix for it. This problem causes the personal hotspot not to show up under cellular in settings. What do I do??
