Q: Songs downloaded but no sound, and the iTunes support form in the Apple website doesn't work.

Exactly as the title suggests. I downloaded some songs, they don't work and Apple support page will give me the form to fill out and describe my problem, but when I click continue, nothing happens. What can I do?

Does other music that you have in your iTunes still play e.g. it's not a problem with your computer's iTunes as opposed to the songs ?

As you are here in the UK you should be able to delete the songs and try redownloading them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.

If they re-download in the same state then how did you contact Support (and you've tried clearing your browser's cache and closed/reopened it) ? You could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Wow, downloading everything again worked. Thanks King Penguin. The interface confused me as it's not entirely obvious how one should delete the files, I thought you could just overwrite them in itunes. Anyway, I deleted them from the Finder and redownloaded them! They work now :-). Expensive album as well!
