How do I log out Game Center remotely?

I have an apple id that hack by someone.

I know that when I log in to play Clash of Clans and at the same time another user log in on the other device.

I already change my apple id e-mail and password.

But the hacker still can log in to my Clash of Clans because the the hacker never logout from game center.

It's a little bit anoying.

Is there any possibilities to logout or reset remotely from game center?
