How to "Reset" iCloud Calendar? (a.k.a. delete all calendars)

Each of my iCloud calendar has like 10 duplicates. Each time I try to delete them one by one (which is a pain) they get somehow resynchronized (also when deleting on the web). I'd like to "start fresh", but I don't know how to do that (or how to delete multiple calendars in one time).

For the record: It was VERY helpful to call Apple (use the "Support" link on their website) and they gave me the (awesome) tip to turn off iCloud on all devices and remove calendars from all devices. Then I could delete calendars (sadly one by one, there's no such thing as "Reset" or delete multiple calendars) without it being overwritten by one of my other Devices (Mac/iOS).
