I have a really ****** cover for my iPad 3 and it doesnt support the weight of it. The iPad 3 is really heavy, so will the iPad dock support the weight of it?

What iPad dock are you asking about? The only one that Apple sells is for the original iPad.
The ipad dock from apple, I want to know i it'll support the weight of an iPad 3, and wil it be stabile?
I wouldn't use the dock stand with the 3rd gen iPad, because the 1st gen iPad has a flat surface around the bezel and the 3rd gen iPad has a curved surface. In short, the 3rd gen iPad doesn't have as much surface area at the dock as the 1st gen iPad does.
By the way, the 3rd gen iPad weighs less the then 1st gen iPad.

That dock is not desiged for the iPad 3. It won't be properly supported agains the back and will wobble. I'd look around for one purpose designed for it.
it supports the iPad 2 really well, but it's lighter than the third generation though
